EEC Model Explained: 72V RAWRR Mantis L3E Models
There are several different available certifications for two-wheel cycles to be able to ride legally on a public road in Europe.
The general notion for this certification process is call EEC, which is also known as E-mark for some related parts. While L3e designates two-wheel motorcycles with higher power and speed capabilities. From Rawrr Mantis, you can have two dirtbikes legally licensed for a road ride. The two models are 72V mantis X and the 72V mantis S.
